Shipping policy

Orders are shipped weekly from our winery in Heathcote, Central Victoria. As a small, family business, there may be times where there is a delay in despatching your precious vino, especially during busy periods (such as harvest in March-April or at Wine Club despatch times). Please note that over the warmer months, we have a stringent hot weather policy in place. Shipping only occurs if the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts temperatures of ≥30°C for the estimated days your delivery will be in transit. We will inform you via email of any delays that have occurred. If you are placing an order for a specific event, please make a note of this in your order and email / phone Madeleine (details below) to confirm when the order is required by. Should we be unable to fulfill the delivery in the time allocated (we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks prior), we will liaise with you to provide a suitable alternative.
