If goods you have ordered are not available at the time of your purchase you will be notified via email or phone to arrange an alternative. You may elect to:
Receive alternative wines at an equal price,
Receive the same wine variety produced in a different year,
Receive a refund, or
Place your order (or part of your order) on back order to receive at a later date when the wine becomes available.
