Summer Residency @ Vinea Marson 

Acclaimed Chef Daniel Whelan joins Vinea Marson for a summer residency. In the surrounds of the Cellar Door's Tuscan Garden, enjoy a set menu of Italian dishes accompanied by Vinea Marson wines. 

Daniel's passion for Italian food mirrors that of winemakers Mario & Madeleine Marson for Italian wines. And with a seasonal menu making the most of summer produce from our kitchen garden and nearby local producers, we can't wait to share the Marchesa with you.
