TASTING NOTES

When asked to share his favourite vintage of nebbiolo - the 2012 is it. And after dieci anni in cantina - we have certainly done the hard cellaring work for you. The vintage epitomises the elegance, well balanced acidity and finesse that only the best vintages can produce. Together with surprising persistent primary fruit (think a plethora of cherries from across the spectrum) as well as the typical development of attractive savouriness (tar, earth, tobacco, spice), the 2012 demands attention.

CELLARING

Decant and air for a few house before pouring. We're comfortable in saying it will be in a very good drinking window for some time - enjoy for another 10 years at least.
