Ease into the long weekend with our famous homemade lasagna. Inspired by the recipe of Mario's aunt Natalina - la zia della barca grande - as he called her when she arrived in Port Melbourne in 1957, you're invited to share a hearty meal accompanied by a glass of our sangiovese.
