TASTING NOTES 

An elegant medium-bodied rosato, the 2021 vintage is the first made solely from Sangiovese. This playful move away from tradition resulted in a bright & balanced wine.  Possessing a nose of enticing strawberries and cream, savouriness comes into play on the palate thanks to a portion of saignéed fruit and fermentation in old French oak barriques & puncheons, with sour cherry wood and pleasing phenolics accompanying tart strawberries and yellow nectarine character. A nuanced finish with balanced acid and tannin, this easy-drinking Rosato epitomises European savouriness alongside sangiovese's cherry-dominated generosity.
